Passing Waves is the artist name of songwriter Jake Calladine, a Cornish artist who currently resides in Frome, UK.
The album was produced by Jon Tye aka Ocean Moon over the past 7 years and features some of Jake’s best loved songs created with an array of local musicians.
Vivify is a Plymouth based collective, with a decade of experience of putting on some of the most danceable parties in the South West. Having booked a multitude of artists from across the world, to hosting festival slots and selling out venues regularly - one thing guaranteed with Vivify is ultimate dance floor satisfaction. Expect everything between House, Disco, Italo, Techno, World and much more, as through their combined record collections they take you on a journey through genres.
Funded and supported by Youth Music, and match funded by our regular weekend events, our Youth Music Lab is a free project aimed at secondary school ages on the Rame Peninsula and beyond. Weekly during term time, six local mentors across three equipped spaces guide upwards of two dozen emerging musicians in band development, songcraft, rhythm and writing, performance and so much more.
