The Candlelit Sessions at Patchwork Studios are a unique and intimate way to experience a curated selection of homegrown talent from across the Southwest. Attracting emerging artists and established names alike to our humble home on the Cornish hillside, this monthly musical offering is curated by Alex Hart.
True foxes are a rising folk/americana family duo, are quickly gaining popularity in the South West and beyond.
Amie and Chloe complement each other with soulful vocals, ear worm song writing, ethereal harmonies and melodic bass lines, accompanied by guitar, ukulele, banjo, and piano. Comparisons have been made to artists such as Brandi Carlile, Karen Carpenter, and Dolly Parton. The duo's sisterly banter adds an emotional dimension to their live shows.
Traveling in their little white van, the duo has taken their music from the South West to major cities across England, Scotland, and Wales. They have graced the mainstages at major UK festivals, sold out shows accross their debut headline tour, and shared the stage with renowned folk bands and acts such as Flats and Sharps, Steve Knightly, Willie and the Bandits, The Magpies, Sound of the Sirens, and of course our own Alex Hart.
True Foxes debut album Howl was releasd March 1st.
